- Contract Compliance: You are not being billed according to your contractural amount.
- Contract Monitoring: You have carrier terms that are expiring soon/ have already expired OR you are going to change tiers/have already changed tiers.
- Late Payment Fee: You have incurred a fee for paying a carrier invoice late.
